Larry’s Losers, Divisional Playoffs

by Larry Leek

Larry's Losers

The wildcard round was pretty predictable with the exception of Kansas City who lost to Tennessee. Last weeks 3-1 playoff record was ok, but had the Chiefs won like the were supposed to do I would be looking at a perfect 4-0 record to start the playoffs so WAY TO GO KC, it gives me a total season record of 170-89. Looking at this weeks divisional playoff games, theres going to be some GREAT games to watch and some likely upsets, so get ready for some classic playoff games.

Starting with 10-6 Atlanta at 13-3 Philadelphia and the BIG question here is how well will the Eagles play with QB, Nick Foles running the team in the post season, after 2nd year sensation Carson Wentz did all of the work in the regular season? Next up, the over-matched 9-7 Titans try to pull off what would be a HUGE upset against the defending SB champs, 13-3 New England, good luck with that. Sunday it’s 10-6 Jacksonville at 13-3 Pittsburgh in a rematch from week 5, when the Jags destroyed the Steelers on their own field 30-9, so it should be a GREAT game. Lastly its 11-5 New Orleans at 13-3 Minnesota, most of the experts are picking the Vikings to make the Super Bowl BUT they will have to beat a VERY good Saints team led by QB, Drew Brees and there’s NO question which team sports the best QB here so don’t be surprised if the Vikings SB trip is cancelled
