Well week 3 is in the books and the New England Patriots still sit a top the NFL Top 15 for the 4th straight week (Including the Preseason rank).

Now the question IS beginning to surface, Can the Patriots go undefeated? and when you look at their remaining schedule it is quite a possibility.

New England Patriots Remaining Schedule:

4 BYE WEEK
5 Sun, Oct 11
6 Sun, Oct 18
7 Sun, Oct 25
8 Thu, Oct 29
9 Sun, Nov 8
10 Sun, Nov 15
11 Mon, Nov 23
12 Sun, Nov 29
13 Sun, Dec 6
14 Sun, Dec 13
15 Sun, Dec 20
16 Sun, Dec 27
17 Sun, Jan 3

Their toughest game currently looks to be the Denver Broncos of course there’s still a long way to go so things could change for sure.

The top two teams (New England and Green Bay) still remain there with Dallas falling all the way from third to ninth.

The Broncos, Bengals and Cardinals all moved up to round out the Top 5 . Atlanta moved up to #6 and the Steelers dropped from sixth to seventh even though they won they lost QB, Ben Roethlisberger indefinitely with a sprained MCL, Michael Vick will step in as the starter until Big Ben returns.

The Panthers dropped a slot to eighth after a mediocre win over the Saints with Dallas and Seattle winding out the Top 10.

The last five teams consist of Minnesota who moved up from fifteenth to eleventh, Oakland  and Buffalo who moved back into the poll after Miami and San Diego both dropped out.

Rounding out the Top 15  are the Jets and Chiefs who both lost and are actually still the best teams remaining out of the other 19 teams.

This is Whats On My Sports Mind about this subject:

As far as the Patriots going undefeated, DON’T get your hopes up too high about that, My Sports Mind says NO it won’t happen, BUT I do think 14-2 could very well happen and I do think they could lose a couple for sure.

My Cowboys actually didn’t look too bad except on the defensive side of the ball and My Sports Mind thinks that once DL, Greg Hardy  is eligible and LB, Orlando McClain returns from his suspension, plus they get Rookie DE, Randy Gregory back from his sprained ankle I think the defense will be MUCH improved and hopefully they can offset any offensive problems during QB, Tony Romo and WR, Dez Bryant’s  absence.

Arizona looks really good and if QB, Carson Palmer can stay healthy they have a legitimate chance to make the Super Bowl but right now My Sports Mind has to put the Top Two teams as the front runners to make it to the BIG dance and as far as Green Bay is concerned there’s NO QB in the NFL playing better than Aaron Rogers.

The Steelers took a major hit losing Roethlisberger  but it’s not sure for how long and My Sports Mind tells me that QB, Michael Vick will not be able to fill Big Ben’s shoes.

Seattle finally got on the winning track so they still remain in the poll, maybe they can get on the winning track finally but they do have some tough games remaining.

So Whats On Your Sports Mind about this subject?
