Breaking NFL News just came across the Sports wire. Federal Judge Richard Berman has upheld the suspension of Patriots QB, Tom Brady.

Just announced minutes ago Brady’s suspension has been upheld and now it appears that Brady WILL be playing in week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The 40 page report really hits the NFL hard for their investigation at every turn and the big question now is WILL the NFL appeal and risk further damage to the shield?

This is Whats On My Sports Mind about this subject:

I said months ago that I did not feel the suspension and fines were fair because of the lack of proof. Though many things pointed to Brady’s guilt there was never actually any undeniable proof. SO the Judge’s ruling in this case comes as NO surprise to me.

I suspect the NFL will announce that they WILL appeal but I think overtime they will drop it because I suspect it won’t happen this year and honestly it still will NOT get any better if they do, ONLY worse because one thing the NFL Exec’s must get in their heads. There is NO undeniable, without a shadow of a doubt proof that Tom Brady actually was involved and unless Tom Brady admits that he indeed was involved, the result will be the SAME.

I’m pleased that Brady  will be playing because as a Cowboy’s fan I’m please with the decision because when Dallas plays the Pats (Even though it’s in week 5) I want Brady in there because I want NO excuses when we kick their BUTT 🙂

There’s another article I wrote about this case titles Is the PSI Rule Fair For Everyone, you also may want  to check out.
